Meet Dr. Barnabei
I am excited to join the Clark Orthodontics family in helping provide the very best orthodontic care! I was lucky to have Dr. Clark as one of my faculty during my residency at Temple, and I am grateful to now be working alongside him and his daughter, Dr. Ally.
My love for science and my desire to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives led me to the field of orthodontics. I feel privileged this is my profession and I am dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles!
Education and Continuing Education
I attended the University of Delaware for my undergraduate studies and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. I received my Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where I graduated with clinical honors.
Following dental school, I completed my specialty training at Temple University, where I earned both my certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics and Master of Science in oral biology. I completed and published my master’s thesis with a focus on gene associations with temporomandibular joint disorders and facial asymmetry.
I am committed to excellence in education and a lifetime of learning. I regularly attend continuing education courses, seminars, and conferences. I am an active member in many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and New Jersey Dental Association.
In The Office
I share the same vision for providing efficient and quality care for which Clark Orthodontics has become known over the years. I am passionate about continuing the tradition of excellent orthodontic treatment and treating all patients like family.
As a recent graduate, I received training in the most advanced orthodontic techniques and strive to make our patients’ treatment quicker, more aesthetic, and as comfortable as possible. I love working with patients of all ages and am always excited to meet new patients!
Personal Life
I am married to my high-school sweetheart David, and we live in Center City Philadelphia with our son George, and our yellow lab, Lemon. When I am not seeing patients, I love traveling with my husband, trying new restaurants with friends, and spending weekends at the beach with family!
